Okay, let me just start by saying that I am endlessly impressed with this series artwork(!), and the story-lines are incredibly intriguing. I have yet to order the issues from up here in Sweden, but I'm a huge fan och yours and Dan's work, and of course of the Ghostbusters franchise itself.
But I kept wondering: when in the ghostbusters timeline is this series supposed to take place?
You guys might have seen the fan-made Ectozone.com's "Ghostbusters Omnibus Timeline" that have attempted to merge most of the official "canon" work with some fanmade, and put together exactly which years things happened, how the relationships of the cast developed etc.
Since the Timeline was seemingly completed years before these new comics, they have not been taken into consideration (Would they even fit? hm..). So yeah, at which year(s) do you say these stories would take place? 1985? '91? Some time after or between the movies?

About the timeline I know it's somewhere after the 2nd movie and the video game, but Erik likes to keep it a little bit of a mystery, he had a small conversation with fans about that and other time subjects on the IDW GB forum, you can follow this link and read all about it:
